The staff at the front desks were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good location near shopping mall and restaurants. Great value for the price. Rooms were nice.

I recently stayed at a hotel for a short shopping trip and was pleasantly surprised! The location was excellent, with numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities in the room were all in good working condition, especially the air conditioning. The value for money was impressive, and I absolutely loved the fact that no prepayment was required. One detail: The hotel had a boutique in the lobby that sold clothes and accessories, which was a nice touch.

I couldn't find any major faults with this hotel. Everything was up to par and I had a comfortable stay.

Just wished there were more family-sized rooms. Other than that, it is a decent and recommended hotel. :)

Pleasant Surprise!

I was a bit apprehensive about my stay, but Zamburger Bukit Indah exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy with nice pillows. The staff always had a smile on their face and provided superb service. The location near the mall was convenient too. I would definitely choose Zamburger Bukit Indah again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for those who want to be close to shopping areas and restaurants. The hotel is situated next to a Huge Buddha jump over wall Chinese restaurant and is also a short walk from Tesco and Giant supermarkets. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the bus station.

The bathroom and shower facilities could be improved with the addition of a shower screen or curtain to prevent water from getting everywhere.

The room and bathroom were small and not suitable for guests with a lot of luggage. Some of the rooms need updating and maintenance, such as fixing bathroom doors and repainting walls.
